Fantastic mask and fantastic customer service!! Comfy, fits great and just what I asked for! I asked for a customised version that combined two of Charlotte's designs and she was super helpful and accomodating, replied to my messages straight away! Even when my delivery was delayed due to Royal Mail (no fault of Charlotte's, she dispatched the mask within 24h!), she gave me advice on what I should do & what I should ask Royal Mail about regarding my delivery. I like the fact that it's visibly hand-made rather than some mass-produced sub-par product as well. The fabric is soft, breathable & comfy to wear! Fits great, soooo much better than the disposable ones that are way too big for my face. Ear loops are super comfy too & keep the mask well in place which is a plus! 💞
